A few more words about this course

Many workplaces have mandated their employees to return to work, citing community building as a primary reason for doing so. This e-course will provide strategies for building community amongst employees working in an onsite environment in a strategic, meaningful, and purposeful way, for people leaders and non-managers alike.
Throughout this course you will:

  • Learn how to build community in workplace setting through purposeful planning
  • Differentiate community from coexisting
  • Build a pull strategy for coming to work
  • Leverage influence to build community as a non-manager

Kyle Armstrong, MA Lead

Kyle is the Manager of Strategic Well-being Services at YMCA WorkWell. He has a Master's degree in Leadership, focusing on building well-being competencies within organizational and team leaders. He has ten years of experience in employee health, engagement, and well-being, which includes extensive work guiding employees and leaders through the creation and fostering of psychologically safe workplaces.
