COURAGEOUS CONVERSATIONS

Our workplaces should be places of community - where we are known and belong, where we can grow personally and professionally, and where we collectively fulfill our purpose in growing minds through play. But to accomplish all this, we will need to have conversations that require courage, that allow us to solve problems collaboratively. This course will help you build your skills and stock your toolkit to have courageous conversations.
