A few more words about this course

The terms "recognition" and "appreciation" are often used interchangeably. But they actually aren't the same. In this online course, we'll focus in on recognition and learn how to work together to create a workplace culture where we can all feel like we belong and matter.
Throughout this course you will:

  • Identify the key reasons as to why recognition is important throughout all levels of the organization
  • Identify methods on how to recognize, including formal, informal, and day-to-day
  • Create strategies on how to decentralize recognition exclusively from the organizational level
  • Leverage values, goals, and objectives to establish key areas of recognition
  • Understanding how recognition and psychological health and safety are interrelated
